History: ¨ When, where and how did the injury occur? ¨ Any previous injuries to the teeth? ¨ Be alert to the possibility of other injuries ¨ Unconsciousness? Amnesia? Vomiting? ¨ Any allergies or serious illnesses?
Examination: ¨ Clean the traumatised region ¨ Full examination of hard and soft tissues ¨ Abnormal mobility, tooth displacement, percussion testing, vitality testing ¨ Is there any disturbance in the bite? ¨ Radiographic (+photographic) examination
