I. Normal Healthy patients
II. Patients with mild systemic disease (Pregnancy, NIDDM, well controlled asthma, well controlled epilepsy)
III. Patients with severe systemic disease that is limiting but not incapacitating
IV. Patients with incapacitating disease that is a constant threat to life
V. Patients not expecting to live more than 24 hours |
