Paracetomol

Ibuprofen	200 – 400 mg	PO	TDS
Diclofenac	50 mg	PO	TDS
	75 mg	PO	BD
Naproxen	250 mg	PO	TDS
Mefenamic acid	250 – 500 mg	PO	TDS

 

Co-codamol	30/500 mg 2 tabs	PO	QDS
Dihydrocodeine	30 – 60 mg	PO	QDS
Codeine Phosphate	10 – 60 mg	PO	QDS
Pethidine	50 – 100 mg	IM	4 hourly
Morphine	5 – 10 mg	IM/IV/PO

 

 

ANTI-EMETICS

 

Cyclizine	50 mg	PO/IV/IM	TDS
Metoclopramide	10 mg	PO/IV/IM	TDS
Ondansetron	8 mg	PO	TDS
	4 mg	IV/IM	TDS
